NAME: Lindsey John Roland

AFFILIATION: Non-pirate (for now)
SPECIES: Ethelean: An elite and powerful species, they make their home on a small planet very near the sun of another solar system. Many of their kind have left with the intention of spreading their knowledge amongst the universe, and their population has spread to Earth and the surrounding settlements quickly over the last few hundred years. Their skin is a near porcelain white with golden yellow hair and pale white to gold eyes. They exude a natural glow, emanating and recreating the sun's powerful UV rays on a much more subdued level. They have fairly powerful manipulation of these natural traits, although it is a learned skill with which most younger Etheleans cannot grasp. It takes many years to learn to master and manipulate one's inner abilities.
ANYTHING ELSE: Lindsey was born on Earth to two Etheleans. He is third generation Earth born of his kind, and as such his parents did not focus as strongly on teaching him about his abilities and lineage as much as what would be considered minimal. He lived a rather spoiled and pampered youth, treated like royalty by his parents and most anyone else that came into contact with him. Bright, alert, quick-witted and exuberant, Lindsey comes at the world with his hands all over everything and little thought for repercussions. He begged to be allowed to attend the maiden voyage of the Gladius, though his interest in school isn't quite where it should be. If it weren't for his brilliance in all musical studies, he would never have been accepted aboard.
